DESCRIPTION:A festive concert dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the DAR Regional Development and Competitiveness Foundation took place at the Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall\, followed by an exhibition of paintings by the foundation’s president\, artist Svetlana Hakobyan. \nDuring the evening RA Honored Artist\, violinist Nikolay Madoyan performed accompanied by the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia\, conductor – RA People’s Artist Robert Mlkyan. \nAt the end of the concert\, People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia Hasmik Papyan\, who is also a member of the Gagarin Project Board of the DAR Foundation\, welcomed the activities and projects of the Foundation\, concluding the evening with a surprise performance.
